Chicken Kiev is a dish made of chicken breast that is pounded thin, rolled around cold garlic butter, breaded, and then fried or baked. It’s known for the delicious, flavorful garlic butter that oozes out when the chicken is cut into. The dish is also sometimes called “suprême de volaille à la Kiev”.
