Rump of Lamb or Chump of Lamb as it is also named, is ideal for roasting whole, slicing into Lamb Rump Steaks, or creating delicious Lamb Kebabs. The Rump of Lamb is cut from the end of the Leg of Lamb & the bone has been removed to make it ready to cook.
